We'll gather the information necessary to produce cash offers or creative offers to the sellers. We stick to 60-70% max on the offers.
We will reach out to you directly about what name(s) you want on the purchase agreement. You will be sent a copy of the agreement for your review.
We will start sending your leads via email within one week of booking this service for one month. The email will include the seller's name, email address, phone number, property address, Link to pics, comps, drafted agreement and asking price.
Pricing starts at $500/month for 4-6 leads per month.
