Our Acquisition proposal is here to meet your lead generation needs. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality leads in your specific market. With a keen understanding of acquisitions, negotiation principles, a passion for building relationships with Homeowners we are confident that we can deliver more qualified leads in just two weeks. 

How We Deliver This

1. Lead Outreach & Relationship Building
We will contact and build rapport with homeowner leads located in your preferred market. The focus will be on sourcing motivated sellers who are ready to sell through an assignable contract, ensuring alignment with wholesale investment strategies.


2. Seller Lead Generation & Deal Sourcing
Weekly, we will generate and deliver leads where sellers are open to assignable contract terms. These leads will be qualified and sourced specifically for wholesale investment opportunities.


3. Buyer List Development
Within the first two days we will compile and deliver a vetted list of active buyers and developers operating in your target areas. This list will consist of investors with a demonstrated interest in acquiring properties similar to those being sourced.


4. Contract Drafting & Execution
Our team will draft all necessary agreements on your behalf, including purchase agreements and assignment contracts, to ensure smooth execution of each transaction.


5. Price Negotiation
We will negotiate with both the seller and the buyer to secure favorable pricing that allows you to earn a profitable assignment fee.


6. Disposition Management
We'll manage the full disposition process on your behalf. This includes:

  • Marketing the contracted deal
     
  • Scheduling and hosting showings
     
  • Handling buyer inquiries and negotiations
     
  • Coordinating transaction details to ensure a timely close
     

7. Hands-On Mentorship & Transaction Coaching
Throughout your first transaction, We will provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship. This includes:

  • Participating in 3-way calls with sellers and buyers
     
  • Assisting with property comps and deal analysis
     
  • Supporting negotiations and contract drafting
     
  • Offering opportunities to observe and learn from each phase of the process
