    Each week, we generate and deliver qualified leads where sellers are open to assignable contract terms, specifically sourced for wholesale investment opportunities.
     
  3. Buyer List Development
    Within the first two days, we compile and deliver a vetted list of active buyers and developers in your target areas. This list includes investors with demonstrated interest in properties similar to those being sourced.
     
  4. Contract Drafting & Execution
    We draft all necessary agreements on your behalf — including purchase agreements and assignment contracts — to ensure smooth transaction execution.
     
  5. Price Negotiation
    We negotiate with sellers and buyers to secure favorable pricing that enables you to earn a profitable assignment fee.
     
  6. Disposition Management
    We manage the full disposition process, including:
